Soon spring will be here....

Sister, today is the last day of february.
Can you make the cold and wonderfully wintery snow stay longer?

we don't understand why people have so many rules about dogs, but you can have a cat wander over from the neighborhood and nothing can be done about it! AND the cats MEAN!

Following Sister

I've decided to brave the snow and follow sister deeper into it. She was just trying to get my picture... but i wanted to come hang out with her.

I had to take stops and rest my legs. This snow is hard to get through.

I miss being 3 years old and ZIPPING through it so fast NO ONE could catch me!

Although i may not be as young as i used to be- i'm the most beautiful and regal looking dog some people will ever meet their whole lives!

I come from a long line of award winning eskies, and was bred exceptionally well. And, i'm even prettier than some female eskies, because my coat has a male eskie quality to it.

I am definitely the best looking eskie my sister has ever met in person!
And she's met a LOT!

Exciting news!

The youngest boy eskie has been adopted!! fantastic! however, the 7 year old is still in need!


WE can't tell you WHO adopted the young boy yet- but stay tuned, can't wait to fill you all in on the incredibly story!

Tuesday Tales

Here i am trying to scare the neighbors cat from coming into my yard!

there are 2 american eskimos- that are going to be euthanized on 2.24.10 if not adopted.

One is 7, and the other 1. These are approximate ages.

I can't walk in this snow- it's WAY too high, and hard on my arthritic hips.

See, my humans shoveled this path JUST for me, to make sure i could walk nicely through the yard.
it's safe for you here.

Here is the path where you can run if you have to,
well, you know, use the bathroom suddenly on our trip.

This path is perfect for me. Can you believe, this is what's left, after our some 3 feet or so of snow that fell here!
We had two mighty nice blizzards!

When i was younger, i could jump and run and play in the snow for hours.
However, i'm going to be 9 this may, and unfortunately, it has slowed me down some.
