Last Weekend Tree Decorating. pt. 1

We decorated our fake tree last sunday.
This tree is the same tree my girl and boy grew up decorating!
It has tons of history to it.
I think my mom also had it when she was a kid.
And that star, is like no other star.
When it warms up, it spins, and shoots colors all over the walls.
My grandpa got it when mom was a little little girl.
For just $5!

At the top of the tree go the M & M lights.
Then at the bottom the bell lights. These also play music.
my girl LOVES these.
Everyone else wants to turn them off.

Here are the ornaments!
They always load up this tree.

Look at all of those!

Ahhh the rain!
Mom grew up with tinsel because her dad loved it.
And she loves it.
My girl likes it- but because of the cats, won't get it, because she KNOWS they will eat it.
And she has known many people to lose cats due to this issue.
